weird noise

I have a KH 24 and when i mount or idle i get a creaking noise and i can feel it in my handle as well. It almost feels like there is play in something but my crank arms are tight, hub is tight and no loose spokes. i have the same problem with my 24" but when i tighten the spokes the
noice was still there but much smaller
