weird folder with rear-wheel steering

  1. i was walking in dublin yesterday and i saw this guy bowling down the main road
    on what looked to be a folding bike. He had a mirror attached to his helmet and
    a very upright position, kind of sitting sideways with one bar from one hand
    going to his front wheel and another bar going to the rear wheel. I shouted
    out at him but he was gone so quickly I didn't get a good look at his bike -wtf
    was it??

    Sounds awfully like Michael Killian riding his Sideways Bike. Is he from
    Dublin?

    Can't see how the on-bike-entertainment system actually works.... how *does*
