  1. Does anyone wanna talk about weight watcher tips or meals? I would
like to chat with someone who is following weight watchers.

I knew a woman who tried weight watchers once. I understand some people need
the presence of others to reinforce their efforts to lose weight. However, I
found by watching Linda that weight watchers enticed their participants with
"free lifetime membership" if they got to the "goal weight" set by weight
watchers. I saw this woman go from being overweight and pudgy to emaciated.
Her cheeks were sunken, she had dark circles around her eyes, she looked
drawn and haggard, and she had no energy. In effect, they set the goal
weight so low that to get there, she'd have to go beyond what a reasonable
goal would be. And she sure tried! In the meantime, she kept paying them
money to go to meetings. Finally, her husband stepped up and said, "Enough
    of this madness!"
