  1. I currently workout (weightlifting / running) in Chicago. I am
looking for someone (male or female) who lives in or around the
Chicagoland area who loves fitness as much as I do and wants to share
their interest in fitness with others. This person would be familiar
with fitness, primarily weight training and cardiovascular training for
    the purposes needed here.
I was interested in starting a fitness website and online educational
service for people who are interested in learning fitness the correct
way. This may or may not turn into something substantial or profitable
but it is something I have a great interest in and I am willing to take
the chance. This should not take a great deal of time each week (on
your part) as I am sure you work the same 40 hour work week I do, as
well as have busy personal lives. I am familiar with the technology
side of web design so thiis aspect will be completed by myself.
I workout 5 - 6 times a week and I am just surprised at the amount
of people who workout regularly but yet have little or no idea what
they are doing at the gym (i.e., poor technique, lack of understanding
of sets, reps, exercises for best results...etc.). I see these people
carry fitness magazines with suggested routines that are "guaranteed"
to put on "the mass" and people I see try this for a short time before
they either get burned out or lose interest all together. The idea I
have is simple, weight training and fitness should not be complex.
Realistic goals should be something almost everyone (regardless of time
restraints due to busy lifestyles) should be able to obtain.
If this is something that may be interested in I would love to hear
from you and maybe we could get something positive started and have fun
with it at the same time. Please feel free to E-mail me at "Fitness
    [email hidden]"

    Thanks,
    Rocky
