  1. Would you like to lose weight very quickly, for the minimum of effort!?
    Then read on...

Hi, I am conducting some research about weight loss, and have devised a
system where you complete a questionnaire about what food types you
have eaten within the past week (you complete a short questionnaire
weekly for as many weeks as you want to take part) and I send you
feedback letting you know what food types are effecting your weight the
    most.

In this, say if you were eating a lot of starchy foods, and that is
what I calculated to be having the greatest effect on your weight
(making you gain or lose weight), I can advise you to eat more or less
of - it depends entirely on your metabolism.

This basically works like a personalised diet - your feedback will be
unique to you, based on only your eating habits.

I will advice you of the three most important food types you eat that
can help you reduce weight the fastest. e.g. eating less carbohydrates,
or snacks between main meals - whatever effects you the most.

The feedback I send you, and the questionnaire to complete is all done
via email. This is only a trial study, but findings so far are
    encouraging.

If you would like to have a go, then email me on [email hidden]

This research is being performed for a different university, but I have
better antivirus system on here $;-)

Thanks you in advance for your help and time, and I hope you have great
success using this plan, if you decide to take part.
