Stay away [censored] from Weider, Macy, Bowflex and other dept store junk: CHEAP
STEEL AND BUILD. If you are serious about getting something that will last,
look at Body Solid, Body Craft, Powetech, etc..

When i started out about 8 years ago, i went to a sporting goods store
and bought a similar Weider. Suffice to say it was not of the best
quality, but because i really wanted to get in shape i used it
regularly. With spit and glue and even duct tape i kept it going for
4 years. When i moved i threw it away, completely trashed, with a
great sense of satisfaction. I then went spent a nice chunk of change
on a nice bench, lat machine, and Olympic weight set. Not a bit of
regret there, because i knew i'd use it, felt i'd earned it, and i
still appreciate it. In fact, i still have and use the preacher
attachment from that set because it fits onto my current set.

If you do get any Weider equipment, don't forget to preface each
movement and principle with "Weider" As in "Weider Bench Press,"
Weider Muscle Confusion Principle"... 🙂

Do you have to say that out loud, or will just thinking it result in
