Last weekend I went to DD house for Easter and youngest grandson's
birthday.
My job was to provide snacks and spend time with my grand kids. :-)
I bought a baguette and sliced it diagonally, then put it under the
broiler for a few minutes. I rubbed it with cut clove of garlic and a
halved tomato.

The grocery store had some beautiful peppers, really meaty and juicy.

So I sliced them

and sautéd them in olive oil with some garlic and threw in some
Kalamata olives when done
We had a Stilton with apricots

That was wrapped around perfectly ripe honeydew melon.

We had ham and all the fixens for dinner.
I'd say a good time was had by all.
