  1. Do any web-based, fee-based nutrition sceeners exist? www.walford.com
is excellent, but optimium screening capability can only be had by
purchasing their software. www.nutritiondata.com is useful, as well.
The latter lets one search by 200-calorie servings. But there are gaps
in the information. I'm using an internet access device and can't
download anything. If I had a computer I'd buy the Walford software in
a instant. I'm waiting for everything to be web-based. It's
happening! Slowly. There's no technical reason nor business-model
reason why this information can't be fully web-based. I haven't been
reading sci.med.nutrition for some time. Are there any companies in
this field now offering their data entirely over the web? Steve
