  1. the lake that i swim in get waves that are about 2 feet
    high, and many times have white caps.

    Is there any tricks to making it easyer to go through these
    waves.... or do u just bear and grin it?

    Your arm recovery is different under these conditions. Drag
    your thumb forward all the way along your body, point your
    hand forward, and spear the wave with your hand and arm.
