I rode in a downpour today and when I got home I started the process of cleaning, drying, and lubing my bike. I notice when I spun the rear wheel slowly I could hear water swishing around in the tire. I deflated the tire and reinflated and I could see some water and the problem was solved. Any one have any experience with this? Thanks
