Watching tdf on a laptop

The Compro unit is for the PAL/NTSC/SECAM analogue TV system.

France TV is SECAM and Digital, DVB-T 8mHz spacing, all UHF.

It may work OK on analogue but I suggest you wait till you get there and buy a more suitable TV dongle locally.

Cheers. Thanks for the info. I was thinking of buying in France, but would prefer to be set up before I leave, I have plenty of time so I will see how the replys go.

There are analog and SD channels in France probably all UHF.

ASUS sell labtops containing analog and digital tuners built in. Model WV2 for example. Regardless of what you get consider a wideband UHF antenna
