I was just wondering how people would wash there mtb if it gets muddy or whatever. I use a pressure/power washer whatevr you want to call it. I am careful to not spray to close to the bike so it wont cause damage. Is this harmful to the bike anyway. ???????? 😕

I've always used the pressure washer at work to blast any dirt of my MTB.. I Never get any problems..
Always be carefull when using a pressure washer, as they can be very violent towards bearings, which are cheap and easy enough to replace, but can be very time consuming fitting a new bearing cartridge etc.....
Youre right, using the pressure washer a few foot away from the bike should cut down any problems, like i said, i use the pressure washer at work weekly to clean my bike and i never get any problems :-)
Once you've pressure washed your bike then get some car washing liquid out, (NOT WASHING UP LIQUID, VERY CORROSIVE TO PAINT!!) and give it a good clean, afterwards get some car polishing wax from a car accessory shop, and give it a good polish, I presume you know how to use car polish, if not then ill tell you some other time...:-)
