The bridge over Lingmell Beck leading to the NT campsite at Wasdale
Head is closed to vehicles and will be for some time. I understand a
temporary bridge will be installed eventually but work on a permanent
structure won't start until next June.
The campsite is still open and you can cross the bridge on foot but
you have to park up the valley at the main carpark.

thanks for that, I saw the warning sign on a post but never read
it, now I know what it said :-)
