With even [censored] Pound musing publicly about amnesty for dopers, I
wonder:
Was WADA a bluff?
I mean, maybe WADA and its labs really have no clue how to detect
doping with any consistency, they know it, and the whole idea was to
scare athletes away from doping by pretending to have infallible tests
and suspending or banning a few big names.
