I'm trying to build up an old Cannondale Caad 3 frame on a tight budget. I'm looking for Shimano 9-speed STIs, a crankset (preferably double, but triple ok too), front (preferably braze-on) and rear ders, brakes, and a cheap wheelset. Does anyone have any Tiagra (or 105, whatever is cheap etc.) lying around after an upgrade? Any old Shimano 8 speed training wheelsets lying around that you would like to get rid of? I'd ideally like to spend about $150-200 total, so please let me know if you can help out. I'll also be willing to consider a complete sora group as well. Thanks
