    I'm after a decent 52cm road frame for commuting - preferably under $250. I
    don't want a KMart special, but bike stores seem to start at $600+.

    2nd hand is fine, so long as there is no rust or damage.

    It helps if you let people know what part of the galaxy you live in so that
    people with a second hand frame know if it's worth responding to your
