  1. Wally #1: the oncoming wally who wanted to turn right. He could either
wait for me to cycle past the junction, or he could floor it, lay down
rubber, cut across my bows, and enter the side road on the wrong side of
the road doing well over 30 mph. Guess which he did.

Wally #2: the passing wally who wanted to turn left so drew alongside
me, accelerated a bit, slackened off, braked a bit, accelerated a bit,
put her left indicator on, accelerated a bit, slackened off a bit, and
finally just drifted left across my bows as I had, by this point, got
the idea that she was several broken bottles short of a cycle path, and
    braked.

And within five hundred yards of each other. It must be something in
the air. Anyway, the Air Zound replacement is on order, which will do
my vocal chords no end of good.

    R.

    tomorrow.

    The padded thong eh?
