Wall mounted bike storage.

Have you looked at the Tusk ones?

They don't do a dual mounting rack like that but you can use different
size wall mountings to store two bikes:

They come with built in locking points, though you can add a better
additional one.

Or alternatively hang them off the wall, or from the roof beams with
other brackets they make.

I've not used their stuff yet, but I've seen it and it is well made and
sturdy
