Walks suitable for disabled

Does anyone know of any UK web sites or publications that give details
of (preferably country or coastal) walks suitable for disabled people.
My wife has a 4 wheeled scooter with a range of up to 10 miles.

There is a book sold by our Tourist Infomation Centres called
"Countryside Access for People with Limited Mobility". It's
published by the Lake District National Park, and contains details
of about 16 selected sites in Lakeland. The routes have been
assessed by local people who need to use wheelchairs and has
information on surface quality and gradients etc.
