I've done some searching for a lc alternative to Miracle Whip (definitely a weakness of mine). I love to eat tune, and though it is palatable with mayonaise, I really miss the MW. On Friday, however, I found a 0 carb whipped salad dressing in the Carb Option line from BestFoods. It's not quite MW, but rather tastes more like other generic or store brands of whipped dressing. All sweetening is from sucralose. I couldn't be happier. Also, I weighed on Saturday when I picked up my wife's sister at the dr.'s office. Down 12 pounds from when I started on 7/6. I know it's mostly water, but it's very encouraging, and any extra weight off at my size is happy on the knees.

Huh???
Whipped cream. Whipped cream has been around for centuries. Miracle whip is a cheap sweetened foam that is an "alternative to whipped cream", not the other way around.
You're probably thinking of "Cool Whip" which is a whipped cream alternative.
Miracle Whip is a "whipped salad dressing" designed to mimic mayonnaise. You put it in sandwiches, as a dressing for tuna, etc etc....
Both Cool Whip, and Miracle Whip contain sugar (just like most brands of Mayonnaise do - in the list of ingredients, even if the "Nutritional Info" says it's "zero" <snort>😉, but they are two different things.

I'd like to be amoung the first to welcome you to the "I put my foot in my mouth club". Isn't time that all us members had a meeting? 🙂 Low carb potluck perhaps?
I'm not crazy about mayo either and use ranch dressing for my tuna salad.
