  3. [censored] Pound and WADA seem to have become an omnipotent organization. Reminds me of that old saying "absolute power corrupts absolutely". I'm very surprised that their response included a legal threat. I'm more certain now than ever that this will end with an internal investigation of WADA.

    That doesn't surprise me at all. And i hope they do go ahead with it, it's important to see what a civil court will do with the case. As i stated in another thread on this forum, i don't trust WADA in this case but i also don't trust the UCI. This whole thing never was about LA being positive or negative, it's a power struggle behind the curtains. Maybe a court hearing will open the curtain (a bit).
