  1. We need a Chung chart on vultures(*1). It is interesting how several
of the annual tour droppers-in jumped back when the Landis affair came
up. So did some of the drugs harpies (OK, Ken, I'm mixing terms here)
that used to show up whenever their local paper ran a synopsis of a
French article on developments of the L'Equippe or Fuentes or whatever
    affair.

Maybe we could put a tree up in a corner, make the vultures welcome,
but only on the understanding that on any given day, any regulars
walking by with a shotgun could blow a few tail feathers off.

*1 - vulture - someone that is never seen on rbr except during the
Tour and when their favorite essentially anti-cycling topic pops up,
whereupon they rush back and make pronouncements that usually are
either completely unnecessary or have been made many times before, and
do it as if they originated the thought, along with fire and safety
matches. They pad the daily rbr response count into the multiple 100s
with no discernable positive effect. And we use 'positive' so very
    loosely on rbr...
