It should be pleasant weather that time of year; I've not been there myself but it is a popular destination from UK.
I have thought for ages about going to Florida in the winter for training; I'd be interested in finding out what it's like (weaher, terrain, accomodation, etc) where you are, if you'd be amenable to that.
