According to today's paper, a survey was taken of volunteer activities and monetary donations and the state with the most people willing to do for other than themselves? Minnesota, or more specifically the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Barb, put on that big ol' pink tutu and come out and take a whirl representing your state. The city/state on the bottom of the heap?
