I'm bringing my bike inside for the indoor season (yeah, a little early, but it's getting cold out there!)
Problem is, I can't remember how to mount my bike onto the traininer. It's a Volare Elite - no bells and whistles....I can't figure out the vice-like device that tightens on the rear wheel.
Anyone have a Web link to the company or some instructions or some advice???? I can't find anything out there (or my instructions).

I do not know what model the Volare is, but it is usually simply a matter of lining the real wheel up to where you can 'clamp' the trainer on the external bits of the hub on either side of the wheel (I do not know if that makes much sense, but any picture of a trainer on their website should be quite self-explanatory).
Then you are good to go...

I thought the company was Volare and the model was Elite...but it's the other way around...that's why I couldn't find anything.
