The Ginseng and vit B may help your mood but arginine does
nothing for it. Arginine may irritate the [censored] out of
mouth sores though. The price sounds expensive but I
couldn't find any quantities or how long the supplt lasts
using recommended dosages. It looks like a workable
product. I have no experience with this actual product but
took arginine for years. It did nothing except help things
heal faster.

I have used Ginseng tea and it definitely "wakes me up"
better than coffee.
