I heard that powder usage of vitamin C is much better than pill intake.
I also heard that certain manufactured powder are better than others.
Could you tell me if it is true and where I could find articles about
this topic? Thanks

Could you tell me if it is true and where I could find articles about
this topic? ThanksI can't, but I can tell you this: Eat a green pepper if you're looking
for C. They're a 1,000 times better than any pill or powder.

It depends on how much vitamin C you are trying to take. For a dose of
1,000 or 2,000 mg. pills seem just fine. Some people need to take much
higher doses when fighting a particular illness. I take 10,000 mg per
day. That amount works well for me. When I tied to take so many
pills, my stomache felt queasy. There are binders in the pills which
probably caused that reaction. I have bought the powder which I mix
with juice. I am very happy with it. It is pure Vitamin C. -

10,000 mg?! Holy [censored]! Did you know that's enough for more than 100
people?Quoted message said:

you eat a baked potato, serving of brocolli, a green pepper, or a
citrus fruit during the rest of the day you're more than way over the
amount you need. So why waste your money popping C-pills? You're only
peeing it into the toilet.Patrick
