Hi:
I have been using Vitamin Shoppe vitamin D dry 400IU, two per day.
When I went back to Vitamin Shoppe to get some more Vitamin D, I instead chose Carlson Vitamin D 1000IU, soft gel. The description states that it is D3 from fish liver oil.
Is Vitamin D dry and D3 from fish liver equivalent?
Thanks,
FRED

Yes, since most Vitamin D supplements are providing D3, even if it is not stated on the label.
