Personally, I don't mind all them seal looking wetsuits around me. I know sharks prefer fat seals,
over anemic looking albino bodies. Anmd if even with a wetsuit thay still have to draft... well...
It actually makes me feel good that I'm not taking the easy way out.

We ended up doing that sort of virtual meet a when I swam in college. (Early 90s, and it was phone
and fax instead of e-mail from the pool deck) Snowstorm made it impossible for Alma to safely make
it down to our pool, and since it was a conference meet, we had to get it in somehow before MIAAs. I
really hated it. It just doesn't feel like a meet, so mentally you're a bit out of it. Harder for
the coaches to make changes as the meet goes on because it's harder to follow where the other team
is placing swimmers, and just everything I loved about head to head competition wasn't there.

I can't remember how they handled diving. But everyone knew how everyone else dove, so you had an
idea of what the typical scores should be there.
