Vintage frame identity assistance needed

  1. I wonder if anyone can help identify a frame which dates from the 50s or 60s I thknk. Lugless design
    with pencil stays; 26.8 seat pillar, simplex rear ends. Forks have a lugged flat crown which may not
    be the original ones. There's an oil nipple on the bottom bracket.

    Frame number is 05212.

    Any suggestions as to maker gratefully received; thanks
