I am looking for a good resource for determining vintage bicycle
value, specifically a '67 Masi. Any recommendations?

eBay. Check out the vintage bike category and do searches of complete
listings. Don't forget to do worldwide searches. Lots of collectors in
Europe and Japan.

Unless the bike is super nice, you'd probably get more money (sadly)
by breaking it up into the various parts.
