    I used to suffer from dizziness and traced it to a possible vitamin B12
    deficiency (due to gluten sensitivity).

    I know, it's just a shot in the dark. Experiencing dizziness is not fun!

    I know of one antibiotic that can cause dizziness (minocycline), which could
    explain digestive problems also. Is your friend taking any antibiotics?
