Ah, you misquoted slightly, Ukraine has 14 nominees and 8 starters.

That's still excessive.. 18 nominees and 12 starters for the 10 major
cycling countries? Maybe Rebellin should think twice about applying for an
Argentine license, because there is no way he is going to be able to stay
away from a peloton led by 12 [censored]-off Italians.
