"Yes, WADA should criticize a federation when they're not working well,
but they are neither impartial nor objective," said Verbruggen.

"That's not acceptable," Verbruggen said. "Pound's the sheriff who
shoots everything that moves. WADA should be above all that and he
should establish proof before he speaks.

"We will still work with WADA, but not with Pound, because he is not
impartial," Verbruggen said. "Athletes have the right to defend
themselves even if it's with the cheapest excuse. You only punish when
it's proven - that's when you hit them."

Verbruggen is the master of spin and a pathological liar.

This comes from a man who kicked out Phonak from the Pro Tour because of
Tyler and Santi Perez cases - though neither rider's guilt had yet to
even be determined on a new controversial test.

The CAS then overturned Verbruggen and the UCI and reinstated Phonak in
the Pro Tour, stating that the UCI had no business in considering either
    case in its decision.

The guy then has the audacity to give quotes like that to the press?
Talk about being a schizophrenic jackass. At least 16 oz. [censored] is
    consistent.

Happy Easter to all you misguided Jesus-lovers,

    Magilla
