I actually posted about Vellum over a year ago, and didn't get my first reply until a year later:

The other commenters had good feedback on it, though. I use it primarily for recreational riding, I've never raced it so I don't know how it holds up there. I got a deal on the frame from a friend of a friend of mine who races, however, so if it's good enough for them...
