Google failed me... I found conflicting responses to my problem. I have
varicose veins that, while unsightly, never caused discomfort. I've been
running about 2 months, and now they ache--right behind my knees. Some of
the sites Google directed me to said running exacerbates varicose veins.
Other sites suggest that exercise--particularly running--helps with varicose
veins by improving circulation. What gives?!
