Variable Pacing on an Individual Time Trial

  1. I have an Individual Time Trial coming up in the next couple months and I'd like to take a shot at a legitimate variable pacing strategy. The ITT is the first stage of a weekend stage race and last year the results of the ITT pretty much sealed the GC.

    I used gmap-pedometer.comgmap-pedometer.com to create the profile then followed a link to generate the attached .GPX file.

    I'd appreciate help in analyzing the file and determining ride segments and power values. I can provide more information on my power profile as needed.
