Went up to see in-laws in Redditch over the weekend, on Sunday I did a ride
from there down to Broadway on the edge of the Cotswolds, back up through
Worcs country lanes to Redditch.
Lovely view across to the Malverns from the tower at the top of Broadway
Hill. Excellent roads across the Vale of Evesham (and _very_ flat) -- the
best bit was that there were practically no cars! Road surfaces in the area
(Warwickshire/Worcs) seem much better than down here in Hampshire.
I set out at 7am, before anyone was up, and was back by 10.30. Just started
to cloud over by then. A tad over 110km. Next time I'll head a bit more West
and take in the Malverns.
