    DTaP - 1,631 hospitalizations reported Flu - 41 Hep - 1,840

    Deaths reported to VAERS from 1999-2002, age 0-6 years

    DTaP - 394 deaths reported Flu - 11 Hep - 642 Hib - 843 MMR
