  1. I've been drinking a low sodium V8 juice with each of my meals (six daily). My BP has declined about
10 points, both systolic and diastolic. With each low sodium V8 juice you drink you get 620 mg
potassium, 95 mg sodium, and 35 calories. It's taken about 5 days to see the drop in BP. I was also
hoping to lose weight (diuretic) but that hasn't happened. You could get the same or better effect
with orange juice, but oj has a lot of calories. Also, the tomato juice in V8 may protect against
    certain cancers.

    Brad,

It appears that your BP is "controlled" in a better way with your approach, but a "cure" only
happens when you no longer require the treatment and the blood pressure does not return to its
    original level before the treatment.
