  1. Does anyone know if the weight entered in the user settings for the TACX VR software needs to include a weight for the bike or does the software already add that automatically?

Supposedly you need to add 18 lbs for your bike. In the Virtual racing leagues that's a key thing. From what I've read on the Tacx forums, including the bike weight will get you closer to what you would actually do the ride in real life. Some of the European riders actually have tested with a power tap doing some of the RLV videos and suggest that the power output is closer if you add bike weight.

I used to keep my weight without bike until this week. I haven't done any real testing though to find out differences between rides. I'm going to try that this weekend.

It does if you want more accurate results.

More or less is going to affect the moto break's resistance.

  4. Great thanks.

I guees that makes some of the preset VR oponents pretty light weight.
