Two books I have enjoyed for proper cycling training are "Serous Cycling" Ed Burke. And "The Cyclists Training Bible" J. Freil. Does anyone have any recommendations of their own on different books for different aspects of training?

I like the olympic range of books published by blackwell, there are ones on nutrition, road racing and endurance exercise. Very expensive and a little heavy with science, but very good reads.
