  1. I went through a 4-days training (moderate intensity) without any pain at all. The day after the training, I went for an easy ride for about half an hour with a relatively higher cadence. After the ride, I suffered from upper thigh pain. I don't really feel it when I was riding. Could that be DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), or is it something else.

    Any help is much appreciated.

  2. i would rather think about it as a normal reaction to accumulative training

  3. The pain seemed to have subsided after 3-4 hours.
Does DOMS happen all the time? I know that DOMS makes your muscles grow bigger and stronger, but can your muscles grow without experiencing DOMS?
