upgrading a triple drivetrain

You can get a casssett with an 11 small cog and smaller big cog. If that isn't enough speed, switch the big ring to a 53 or 54 too. Biggrer chainrings may require a longer chain,depending on what you do with the casette.

Or just learn to spin faster!

I regular TT on a fixed wheel 50x14 and have done some fairly fast times........
