I'm trying to evaluate my position on my bike... What I have so far is very aerodynamic and comfortable but I feel like I am not using all my muscles...
In that picture I am using every muscle listed, except I don't think I am using "A"... By this I mean after a hard workout, all the other muscles are wore out and sore, but with "A" I don't feel anything...
Am I missing out on power by not utilizing this muscle? How can I modify my position to change this? My current position is fairly aggressive with about a 4 inch saddle to handlebar drop... I find on long sustained hills I tend to scoot back on the saddle about an inch to get more leverage...
Or is it possible that this muscle is so well developed (unlikely!) that it isn't being stressed like all the other ones are?
I to felt that way but try standing and pedaling for 1 minute then rest 1 minute then 2 minutes and rest 2 minutes and so on until you hit 5-7 minutes. I noticed a difference in that muscle when i did this.

Muscle "A" is your gluteus maximus and during a pedal stroke it is somewhat responsible for pushing the knee down during the top part of the down stroke. It is not really maximally involved unless the leg straightens completely (for example when standing)
However the Quads (muscle B) does a lot more work and is more heavily loaded during the downstroke.
Also the glute is a pretty big powerful muscle so compared to some of those other muscles it is not likely to get as tired as say the hamstrings "E" or hip flexors "F"
