  4. I rode a century a few months back with a guy who's rear wheel was out of true by about half a centimeter. It drove me nuts when I was behind him in line, but it didn't seem to give him any trouble. If however it's your front wheel and you're big on fast descents, it's a good way to get yourself killed.
