On a file-sharing program, there was an mp3 called "Physics of a
Unicycle." Unfortunately, the file didn't work. I dunno if it was a song
or not.
Other than that, I haven't seen any.
WAIT There -is- a CD called Unicycle Man (I think). It probably has at
least one unicycle-related song on it.

I had a song written about me that was unicycling related. It's a pity I
can only remember the chorus:
