Unicon XII - Update

In order to encourage International people to register early
for Unicon = XII, five free Welcome Party tickets will be
given away on May 1. The = Welcome Party ticket is a value
of =A53000.=20

As of today, there are 100 international participants
registered for = Unicon XII. The organizers realized there
is no incentive to register = early and hope this lottery
will encourage more people to register = before May 1.
Please pass this email on to people who are planning on =
going but may not get this email. Also, please encourage
others who are = going to register. Having an accurate count
of who is attending helps = with convention planning.

All international participants that have already registered
are = automatically entered to win. The winners will be
notified via email and = if they have already signed up for
the Welcome Party they will get a = cash refund when they
check-in at Unicon XII.

Wiring Money to Japan

When initiating a wire transfer to Unicon XII in Japan, you
can combine = registrations and accommodations into a lump
sum. To make it easier for = the organizers, send them an
email when the transfer is complete. This = will help them
keep their records accurate. The email to send the =
notification that a wire transfer has been sent is =

Balance Changes after Wire Transfer is sent

If the total balance changes after the wire transfer is sent
(i.e. a = room was added, a T-shirt was added, etc.) the
balance will be settled = at Unicon XII. It is too expensive
to send another wire transfer for a = small amount.

Online Registration closes July 9

On July 9 the online registration will close. That is two
weeks before = the day Unicon XII starts. Any changes that
need to be made after that = time can be done after July 23
at Unicon XII. The date was chosen to = allow the organizers
time to prepare for the start of Unicon XII.
