Unfortunate Doctors
Recently , I had occation to see my Investigator-Cop friend.
I taught him many tricks to trace people on the Net ( In addition to
those he already knew ) .
He advised me that sometimes the Police " take " days , weeks , even
months to Arrest People .
Sometimes with warning , sometimes with No warning , Sometimes they
just wait for the Individual to produce more Incriminating
evidence---for a stronger court case , and harsher conviction ,
sometimes they just " drop " the case---out of dis-interest BUT they
Always Keep a Record of the offence --- in the event the case has need
to be Re-Opened Again !
