Some people mentioned 'Underarmor' a couple weeks ago. I had a chance to look at some of their
stuff in a local store.

On their site, they talk about "Turf Gear" as being reinforced, and designed to withstand falling
on artificial turf. I thought that might be the type to get. However, the shirts I saw at the
store last weak with this label, looked rather flimsy, and thin and were not obviously reinforced
on the sleeves. They say it's durable, but it didn't look it.

However I did get a look at the Cold Weather Gear "Kipper Zip", and it does seem less flimsy, more
durable, and liked it so much I bought a shirt.

I own a couple of Cold Gear items, and really like them. However, I=20 don't think they would
survive many falls onto artificial turf. I=20 have also looked at the turf gear, it it appears to me
that it's=20 designed to be slick to protect you from the turf. I didn't see any=20 reinforcement,
nor have I seen anything claim it was.

Right, I didn't mean to imply there were such claims, I made a presumption - my bad. But sounds like
you hit on it, it's the 'slickness' that lets you slide on the turf, I'm betting.

The thing about the Zyflex, according to that one review is that it seems to be very durable. I
think that would slant me towards that over the UA gear.
